Our Quality System enables us to offer
consistent products to a defined standard. Our commitment to quality can
be measured by the level of certification achieved. By achieving
"Accredited Certification" we have removed many of the
subjective measurements of quality and introduced an objective "third
party" to ensure the highest quality standards are being enforced.
With our commitment to quality we are aware
of our customer’s needs and will work with the client to define the
particular requirements suitable for the end application. Our customers
can be assured of receiving the product they requested at the best price.
No Certification
No recognised quality system is stated.
The organisation is not required to validate any processes or
procedures. This level of certification does not require any
investment and offers the customer no certainty or authenticity of the
products they are purchasing.
Self Certification
A quality system is adopted and internal
audits and reviews are performed. The system is reviewed internally
according to the quality system adopted. At a small cost the
organisation can capture some of the benefits of implementing a quality
system. At this level of certification the customer has no assurance or
measure to what level of compliance is achieved.
Independent Certification
Also called "third party"
certification, requires an independent third party to assess the quality
system and issue a certificate stating compliance or non-compliance. A
third party audit allows the organisation to disclose full details of
the manufacturing process knowing that the information will be held
"in confidence". The suitability of the certification is
determined by the strength and suitability of the organisation
performing the certification.
Accredited Certification
In order to achieve
"Accredited Certification" the organisation must be audited by
an "accredited" third party. An "accredited" third
party subjects themselves to external audits by a controlling
"certification body" [sometimes called Registrars] in the
region. This level of certification offers the customer the best
possible assurance of quality.
Our Products have achieved accredited
certification under the Code of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). The
GMP is an internationally recognised standard controlled by P.I.C.S.
(Pharmaceutical Inspection Convention Scheme).
